Well, I hope you guys aren't sick of me by now! A straight on, full body shot of my Ice Queen.... I think this one really shows beading up towards the top, but alas, it doesn't show the dark blue beads that were down the lower half of the skirt. Ah well.

I still love the fluffy trim on the cape ^_^ I can see the beading much better.
I have to wonder if a stronger light source during photographing might make the beads shine more, but they are kind of suppose to be a subtle effect, so that might be counter to that.
Thanks! The trim is two strands of white fluffy yarn and one strand of blue fluffy yarn crocheted together in a chain stitch, and then handstitched all around the edge of the cape. Might have, but then it might change the overall tone of the costume too.. Have to play around with that.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

It's so hard to get the beads to show up without completely washing out the rest of the outfit. some things will always look best in person ^_^
