A custom jabot done for a customer off Etsy.. this is for her fiancé to wear to their upcoming wedding. :D the fabric and the little button accent were picked out by the customer... I'm sorry the neck band doesn't look quite as well on this one, my poor wee little lady dummys neck does not go to full man's size, so I'm I'm afraid it looks a little "under stuff".
I especially love the little button on this, it's two little birds kissing, standing on a flower that's blooming out of a heart. Isn't that sweet?

Oooo... Nice! Simple, but that's what the customer asked for (I guess) and it lets you really apreciate the folds. To tell you the truth, the button does look a bit small on the neckband, but again, that's what the customer requested.

It's so lovely! It looks like it's glowing. :D Probably the contrast between light and dark, right?

Anyway, I think it's very nice. Some day, if I'm allowed to get married (that sounds kind of funny, but it's illegal for me!), I'll so hire you to make my dress!

$30..... They pick out fabric from my stash, so I didn't have to special order anything, which kept the cost down to what I charge for my ready-made jabots... if I had to special order fabric, the price would've gone up accordingly. ;)

This fabric does have a "glow" to it...... The dark really brings it out well though. ;D

I'd like that! :D Though, can I ask why it's illegal for you to get married? :confused: (If you don't want to tell me, that perfectly fine. Just can't help being curious.... human nature... Though there is that saying about the cat.....)
